American National Recovery Group Inc. (ANRG) has been in the collections industry since 2002.  We provide full-service contract collection operations.  We work with municipalities of varying size and population.  We specialize in collecting only in the State of Connecticut.  We are proud of our knowledge and expertise in collecting motor vehicle and personal property tax.

Our representatives are trained in all stages of procedures that warrant successful collections.  We believe rudeness never works.  Developing a relationship with the taxpayer warrants better and faster collection results.

Upon receipt, claims are entered into our system and matched against a database of past due tax for common debtors.  The system matches name, address, vehicle identification number and registration.  Skip tracing begins and is repeated monthly until a valid address is found.  We never give up on a claim.
